Tenaris Nigeria - Tenaris international Trainee Program is a blend of classroom teaching, e-learning techniques and functional on-the-job experience lasting 2 years. throughout this time period the individual will be involved into an Induction camp in our HQ in Argentina that brings together the newest intake of international Trainee.
These four weeks are a large opportunity for networking, discovering about the company's fundamentals and how to work as a group. Back from the camp, the rest of the program is structured round the following major pillars: on-the-job know-how, teaching packs, presentation and follow-up with work experience both in localized agencies and head office.
