Community Representatives (HCHP) Jobs at Healthsure Nigeria

Healthsure community health plan is a community based health program with special focus on Non salary earners. This consists of a wide range of artisans, business owners, retailers/wholesalers, apprentices, pressure groups and various associations. In order to reach this clientele Healthsure is recruiting vibrant, young and dynamic people to occupy the position of Community Representative in their respective communities.


COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE (HCHP)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Employees working as Community Mobilizers and Demand Creators for the HealthSure Community Health Plan (HCHP) shall work directly with the Program Assistant (HCHP) and be responsible for the following:
  • Sensitizing and mobilizing individuals or groups/associations regarding HCHP
  • Registration and enrolment of interested community members/groups into HCHP
  • Follow up with each enrolee/registered member. 
  • Give weekly reports at Head Office at a scheduled time


REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates MUST be target driven, achievement oriented, fluent (in English and Yoruba), not timid/shy, committed to excellence, honest and with unmatched interpersonal skill. Candidate MUST be interested in community health and development program, RESIDENT in Osun state, especially in Osogbo (those in Osogbo will be given priority).

WHO CAN APPLY?
Candidates with a minimum qualification of SSCE (WAEC/NECO), Age above 20 years, Students of Nursing and Public health field who need an holiday Job, persons who need a second source of income, Job seekers in any field, marketers, Undergraduate or post graduate students in need of first hand community experience.
