1. HEAD – HR/ADMIIN AFFAIRS

JOB LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Oversees the effective provision of HR and Admin services Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business or Public Administration, masters degrees is a plus (preferably-an MBA)
  • Broad understandinq of all areas of HR, with spe…t knowledge in 1 or 2 key areas (such as
  • performance management compensation & benefits development, etc.).
  • Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate and generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders
  • Minimum 10 years experience in HR, 3 of which as Director of HR and Admin Affairs or equivalent in a reputable organization
  • Previous experience in Nigeria
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills
  • Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft office. etc.)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)


2. DIRECTOR – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

JOB LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
leads, directs, and controls business development opportunities that meet the company’s strategy andits short and long-term business goals

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Solid working knowledge of business development concepts
  • Strong knowledge of the Energy and Real Estate sectors in Nigeria
  • Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate and generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders
  • Minimum 10 years experience’ in Business Development, 3 of which as a Director of Business Development in a reputable organization
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office. etc.)


3. HEAD – FINANCE & SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

JOB LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Manages and creates transparency on the company’s Finance, Accounting, Procurement and IT functions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Chartered/ Management Accountant Certification is a plus
  • Solid working knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Procurement practices
  • Understanding of accounting standards.
  • Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate
  • and generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Finance, 3 of which as a Director of Finance & Support Functions, or equivalent, in a reputable organization
  • Previous experience in Nigeria
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft office, etc.)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)


4. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

JOB LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Provides individualized support services to the Managing Director and helps him/ her make the best use of his/ her time

KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years exoerience as a Personal Assistant to a Director in a reputable firm
  • Previous experience in Nigeria
  • Strong interpersonal and cornmunication skills
  • Computer literate (e.q. Microsoft office, etc.;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
