OR

- be a registered member ofthe Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
- be able to provide the School with dynamic, innovative, visionary and pragmatic leadership.
- have an achievable and measurable vision, a mission statement, a good sense of purpose, a good sense of direction and a strong sense of urgency.
- be a time manager, an insightful leader, an effective change agent, a good disciplinarian who exudes inspirational power that can motivate his/her teammates and the entire organs of the School to achieve the vision of the School.
- be versatile in modern management techniques and in the employment of Total Quality Management (TQM) to achieve organizational goals.
- be ICT-compliant and he/she must be familiar with and be ready to deploy the latest relevant technologies used in primary schools in developed countries for teaching and learning in the Staff School.
- enjoy good physical and mental health.
- be morally scrupulous with excellent interpersonal skills.
