We are recruiting to fill the post of :

Job Description

Projects, GS,  Marketing and Finance.
Engage CRES Ops/Agent to identify suitable site for a new Branch
Conduct site visitation with CRES project to confirm.
1. Suitability of location to meet CB's target market
2. CRES Ops to ensure suitability of structure and extent of work required
Engage CRES Ops/ Agent to conduct site survey to ascertain rent for the neighbourhood
Follow up to ensure that a competitive rate is agreed.
Prepare PAR with relevant inputs from Projects and IT
Follow up for PAR approval at PSCs
Ensure that all Group approvals requisite for Branch construction are obtained on time by CRES Projects
1. GDDC
2. Stage 1 and stage 2 Drawing
3. APR
Ensure that Lease agreement is firmly tidied up by CRES Ops/CRES Projects
Follow up for timely payment
Follow up with CRES Projects for Schedule of Project timelines
Ensure close tracking so project is delivered to agreed/scheduled timeline
Ensure timely marketing engagement so that all Merchandising units and signages are displayed correctly and on time.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Track weekly/monthly Branch performance via SBIM to ensure that branch is performing according t PAR projections.
Investigate lines where branch is not pulling its weight
Engage Branch manager to review reason responsible branch’s non-performance
Escalate variations.
Prepare Group and Local reports on Branch performance

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum university degree or equivalent .
High analytical and problem solving ability gained through professional & practical experience.
Ability to work in a turbulent and un-predictable environment where responding and managing change is essential.
Sound leadership, decision making and management abilities.
Project management skills ranging from project planning to implementation.
Strong negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
Management information / systems skills.
