We provide both licensed and high powered Radio Equipment that are deployable across the nation.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Vendor Management Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Ensures that specific customer requirements are met within the agreed SLT and client’s satisfaction is assured.
• Ensure proper documentation and logging of all incidents and customer request.
• Responsible for signing of Vendor’s contracts/ agreements.
• Liaise with Service Management team in tracking and reviewing Vendor’s service performance on monthly basis while ensuring appropriate penalties are charged where necessary.
• Innovate by recommending new technology that would improve the vendor Management deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree;
• HND/ BSc in Computer Sc., Business Management, and any other related Accounting trainings.
• Minimum of 1years relevant experience.
• Good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous Vendor Management experience strongly desired.
