QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Medicine or related field. • Post graduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing or related fields.
• Certification in or Professional membership of Health Management or related bodies.
• Excellent knowledge of Statistical/Epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epiinfo.

• Minimum 12 years post-NYSC experience
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in senior management position.
• Attendance of related courses, workshops and seminars.
SKILLS
1. Excellent Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)
2. Excellent knowledge of processes within the HMO Industry.
3. Ability to set up Organizational structures from the scratch.
4. Ability to develop innovative strategies and implement plans.
5. Proven track record of achievements within a challenging environment.
6. A dynamic and Charismatic personality to innovate and inspire teams.
