HEAD – UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related field.
• Post Graduate Qualification in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance, Health Management, Health Financing or Other related fields.
• Certification in and/or professional membership of Insurance, Actuary Sciences or related bodies shall be an added advantage
• ICT in MS Excel, MS word and field specific software 2.1.6.5
• Minimum of 12 years’ post-NYSC experience
• Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in senior management position in relevant and related field.
• Attendance of related Courses/ Workshops/ Seminars etc
SKILLS
1. Excellent Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)
2. Excellent knowledge of processes within the HMO Industry.
3. Ability to set up Organizational structures from the scratch.
4. Ability to develop innovative strategies and implement plans.
5. Proven track record of achievements within a challenging environment.
6. A dynamic and Charismatic personality to innovate and inspire teams.
Work experience:
Minimum of 12 years
