Afordonz Consulting is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in ensuring a clean and conducive office environment
  • General office administrative tasks like filing of document
  • Assist with travel arrangement of national and international staff
  • Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats.
  • Answer Phone
  • Use Microsoft word and Excel
  • Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of OND in a related discipline.
  • Must not be more than 27 years old.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be analytical, sincere and confidential.
  • Male and female
