Job Title: Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in ensuring a clean and conducive office environment
- General office administrative tasks like filing of document
- Assist with travel arrangement of national and international staff
- Assist with purchasing of office supplies and assisting the Personal Assistant to the MD during company events, staff meetings and company wide retreats.
- Answer Phone
- Use Microsoft word and Excel
- Assist in monitoring cleanness of the entire office, including lunch-room and meeting rooms and report where necessary action needs to be taken.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum of OND in a related discipline.
- Must not be more than 27 years old.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be analytical, sincere and confidential.
