Consumer Finance Company is recruiting to fill the position of:


Job Title: Risk & Recovery Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Formulate and ensure policy review and implementation for efficient collection. Coordinate a team of highly motivated and result oriented Collection Officers.
• Set targets, monitor performance and collate weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Interface with external Debt Collection Agents.
• Develop and manage creative methods and means to improve collections.
• Deal with routine correspondence with regard to collections issue.
• Liaise with Call Centre and Business Support Team to ensure effective and accurate information is given to the customers.
• To produce system reports to assist with the collection of all debts outstanding
• To manage the debt portfolio.
• To provide accurate information to assist with the correct billing and collection of these functions.
• To provide advice and assistance to the customers, by telephone or in person.
• Reconciliation of the Bank GL and account statements.
• Management information system analyst.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any accounting/finance related discipline
• 2 - 3 years related experience in microfinance collections
• Self-driven and motivated individual
