JUNIOR CONTRACT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews all contract documents to ensure proper managing of the relevant risk profiles, Administration of on-going main contract and subcontracts in accordance with Company procedures Ensure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained Prepares correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual procedures Assist in the preparation and managing of contract change and claim analysis and resolution Ensure all warranties bonds, insurances guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and subcontracts Investigates problems ad recommends corrective action Handles all contract close-out procedures

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Economics or Project Management from a reputable university
- Minimum of 2 years applicable experience preferably in fertilizer /pipeline projects
- Specialized knowledge in Contract law
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and high productivity
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented attitude
