Adexen Recruitment bureau is mandated by a large building & Fabrication assembly in the Oil and Gas part to recruit its General supervisor (Fabrication) for its operations in Nigeria

The Interface Manager will have the responsibility of ensuring that all interfaces between the EPC Contractor and other EPC Contractors, other associated contractors, owners of existing amenities, other ADNOC businesses etc. are identified ,documented, and managed during the comprehensive technology, fabrication, construction and commissioning. He/she is to report to the task supervisor

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this agency will encompass but is not restricted to the pursuing:
The Interface supervisor is to blame for general pursue up and management of all the interfaces of different work packages
Organisation of the Interface assemblies to facilitate timely and orderly receipt and consignment of all needed facts and figures of Interface registers and their upkeep
Provision of the Interface Data pieces (IDI) facts and figures responsible and data receiver slips giving correct descriptive activities and documents required
Setting up and monitoring Interface article lists an abstract of the Master article list records all articles engaged in the interfaces of all interface groups
Use of Web-based exchange room for handing out and acknowledgement of documentation.
general pursue up and administration of advancement of all interface assemblies.
Provision of monthly advancement accounts and status on all groups to purchasers and both every week and monthly accounts to the business
Arrangement of kick-off meetings and follow monthly meetings.
Liaison with Client representatives

Requirements and know-how
10 years work experience applicable know-how in the Oil and Gas part
Must have a powerful heritage of vigilance to minutia
Should have the proficiency to multitask
Computer Literacy in and Microsoft office application
Must have powerful organisational abilities
Must be self driven with high level of initiative
Must be a very good group contestant
Able to work under pressure
Must have very good connection abilities
