- Supervise the Nigerian marine mechanics, issuing jobs, training and overseeing their work.
- To assist the management team in the Completion of their duties by offering possible technical solutions to in house technical problems and services.
- Assist the marine services business from start to finish ensuring that correct processes are used and standards maintained and enforced at all times.
- In depth Knowledge of small boat repair and production techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline.
- Qualified marine engineering apprenticeship.
- Factory trained on outboards, diesel, outdrives and general boat systems including electrical, water and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of Fiberglass repairs.
- Experience with small craft up to 15mtrs. Boat handling skills not imperative, however yacht-master or ICC is of benefit.
- 6 years minimum, in major Oil & Gas projects.

- B.Eng. in any Engineering discipline, Trade test 1 & 2 in practical welding.
- 7 – 12 years steel fabrication experience in major Oil & Gas EPC projects, Awareness of safety rules and standard of the industry.
6. HYDRO-TEST ENGINEER
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge of field piping activities and Hydro /pneumatic testpackage preparation.
- Fully conversant with P& ID, piping isometrics and Sub System methodology.
- Good knowledge of piping QC activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Trade test 1 & 2 in practical welding.
- 10 years piping steel fabrication experience in major Oil & Gas EPC projects, Awareness of safety rules and standard of the industry.
7. DIMENSION CONTROL ASSISTANT
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge survey instruments (EDM, Optical levels).
- Assist the Surveyor in dimensional checking.
- Awareness of safety rules and standard of the industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Eng. in Civil, Quantity surveying.
- Computer literacy is compulsory.
- 7 years minimum working experience in the fabrication field and major Oil & Gas EPC projects, Awareness of safety rules and standard of the industry.
8. EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to understand and maintain documentation of equipment maintenance & repair procedures.
- Ability to use, assemble, test and maintain company equipment.
- Awareness of preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade test(s), OND and SSCE.

9. CAT TECHNICIAN

10. FINANCE MANAGER
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work with ERP/Accounting Software and experience of accounting for EPC contracts.
- Ability to prepare monthly management accounts, vendor invoice processing and financial information & support.
- Must have strong skills in processing Financial data and excellent account reporting.
- Excellent financial accounting reporting skills.
- To support the Financial Controller (Management Accounts) in the leadership of the Finance Department and to lead the
- Payroll and Timekeeping Departments.
- Review key assumptions for reasonableness; analyse and quantify key risks and judgements used in the financial figures reported.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting discipline, Chartered Accountant (ICAN) and membership of Accounting professional body with practical accounting/finance experience.
- 8 -15 years finance reporting experience in major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook. etc.
11. ELECTRICAL PLANT SUPERINTENDENT
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to understand and interpret line diagrams.
- Ability to identify and monitor power plant equipment and indicators to detect operating problems.
- Ability to examine and test electrical power distribution machinery and equipment using testing devices.
- Good work conduct and awareness of industry safety rules and standard.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics engineering, Trade tests, OND, ONC, HND, HNC, and practical electrical experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience working with Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical maintenance in Oil & Gas Sector.
12. COAT SUPERINTENDENT
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to plan, produce, train and maintain, as demanded by the daily project work scope.
- To assist in the comple4tion of comprehensive Department weekly progress and resource analysis reports.
- Knowledge in the installation of insulation, HSS & TSA will be required.
- Awareness of equipment maintenance, standard safety procedures and environmental hazards.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering or any other relevant Science discipline, extensive experience in the application of PFP is a pre-requisite.
- Computer literacy is compulsory.
- 10 years minimum working experience in Coating, blasting & painting in a corrosion protection industry and must have been in a senior position for over 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
13. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate must have project management experience at a senior level within a medium sized company; he/she would also be responsible for communications and consultations with the communities as well as day-to-day project management to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for each of the projects.
- Responsible for project construction management sub contracting initiation auditing and execution control.
- Ability to strategize, plan, direct and manage the delivery of EPCC type projects.
- Ability to manage change and deliver services and products in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Responsible for P&L development of detailed Project Execution Plans addressing the key project objectives for Safety Quality Schedule and Cost
- Effectively Communicate all milestone achievements (or delays) on the project Ability to direct coach and support the project management team(s) to achieve key objectives.
- Planning and Coordination of fabrication yard business activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- 20 years minimum, which must be in oil and gas multi-discipline fabrication and construction projects execution and coordination.
- PMP or Prince2 Certification preferred.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. etc), MS Project and
- Internet Search tools.
14. RIGGER
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- The incumbent will make sure that gears for a lifting is conveyed to work site; and reporting of any defective rigging gear to foreman.
- The candidate would also act as a Banksman and sometimes as a spotter by giving signal to the operator.
- Also responsible for executing the professional duties of a rigger.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic Rigging Certificate minimum.
- Candidate would be responsible for executing the professional duties of a rigger.
- 2-3 years minimum, which must be in practical onshore rigging.
15. GENERAL MANAGER – FACILITIES
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate would be responsible for managing maintenance activities, integrity of assets and discipline engineering in order to deliver asset integrity, unit availability and reliability, required product quality and all within agreed budgets.
- Ability to work with and Prepare Risk Based Inspection (RBl) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Ability to draft Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Asset Degradation Manuals.
- Familiar with and understanding of maintenance and asset integrity management.
- Ability to understand and have good knowledge of relevant global standards, regulations, codes and maintenance planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Corrosion or Metallurgy minimum.
- 12 years minimum, which must be in oil and gas services industry both offshore and onshore and at least 5 years in a facilities and maintenance senior management role.
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programmes from conceptualization to implementation and improvement of facility programmes.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
