SPNS Consulting is recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Area Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by pro-actively contributing to the formulation and direction of the Mama Cass strategy and implement projects and trials for the Area
  • Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by effectively managing profit& loss within allocated budget in order to ensure a profitable performance for the Area
  • Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by clearly and concisely communicating business and Area objectives to Outlet managers so that they remain well informed of business activities and of their required contribution to targets
  • Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by effectively managing the performance and development of outlet managers to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout the Area
  • Achieve the overall set target for the QSR by encouraging managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science Technology, Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management

Minimum Relevant Work Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience
  • Required Competency and Work Skills:
  • Proven leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Good business and commercial acumen,
  • Sound financial, budgeting and stock taking skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
  • Ability to drive initiatives to increase sales and profits and the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
