SPNS Consulting is recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Outlet Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by fully coordinating the administration, service and bar operation of the outlet assigned.
  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by scheduling sufficient manpower in the outlet to suit volume of business.
  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by directing all efforts in the restaurant service and bar to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.
  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for the restaurant and bar.
  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the restaurant or bar in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by following up the implementation of the policies and procedures in operating the restaurant and bar.
  • Achieve the overall set targets for the QSR by providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science Technology, Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
  • 5-7 years experience in FMCG, QSR or relevant
  • Required Competency and Work Skills: 
  • Proven leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Good business and commercial acumen,
  • Sound financial, budgeting and stock taking skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
  • Ability to drive initiatives to increase sales and profits and the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
