Job Title: Project Manager/MD Support

Location: Nigeria Category: Government / Defence

Job Functions

• Supporting the specification of the project plan
• Agreeing project objectives
• Representing the client's or organization's interests
• Providing advice on the management of projects
• Organizing the various professional people working on a project
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• Maintain the relevant diaries.
• Typing and correspondence handling, monitoring and responding to routine enquiries.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail.
• Maintain filing, bring forward and reminder systems.
• Well-traveled and strong experience of western civilization would be a very strong USP.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate.
• Must be PRINCE 2 practitioner certified or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in English language.
• Excellent command of Microsoft office software.
• A law or journalism degree would be an added advantage.
