A Downstream Oil and Gas Company in Ikoyi, Lagos requires the services of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
REPORTS TO: MD/CEO Supervises: Strategic Planning, Reporting, Investor Relations, Inventory Mgt and Performance Management Teams
JOB ROLE
To manage the Company’s strategic, financial management and regulatory systems to ensure business integrity, protect the company’s bottom line, enable profitable and sustainable growth, increase the efficiency and quality of financial operations
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the financial management framework/ policies and performance management guidelines for the company Manage the reporting of financial performance for the company Build relationships with key stakeholders, institutions and investment community Advise EXCO on stakeholder relationship management as well as trends, issues and challenges Establish investor relations strategy and set overall direction for the company Provide credible point of contact for the global investment community, representing the company Collaborate with Marketing Strategy functions to analyze financial models, assess financial reports and market opinion, monitor competitors and contribute to formulation of responses Provides leadership and supervises the Finance Dept. to ensure that set goals and objectives are achieved Perform other functions as assigned by the CEO/MD

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION
First Degree plus Professional Accounting Certification; ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in Finance & Performance Management role, of which at least 7 must have been in the Oil & Gas Sector and 3 years must have been at a senior management level
