Job Title : Brand & Corporate Communication Manager

The company started operations in 1996 and has grown from being a regional oil marketing firm into an integrated energy corporation, having spun off businesses with operations around the World.
Description
• Ensure brand compliance across all channels and customer engagement points globally
• Manage and evaluate the brand & communication agency(ies) for smooth flow of operations
• Development and management of brand assets, events and sponsorships
• Provide realistic and executable budgets for the year & maintain zero budget overspend
• Create, implement and oversee communications programmes that effectively describe and promote Sahara
• Create materials to support communications strategies and oversee design, production and distribution of all branding/promotional material
• Coordinate communications and marketing efforts with other stakeholders to ensure consistency of corporate image and message

Qualification
• Relevant university degree e.g. B. Comm.; BA; B.Sc.
• Relevant Post Graduate degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Business to Business marketing or Energy/Oil Gas environment, having held a senior management position for at least 3 years.
• Strong Brand Management experience especially from an FMCG company.
• Strong Project Management/Process Management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Available for flexible scheduling and frequent travelling
• Relevant Post Graduate degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Business to Business marketing or Energy/Oil Gas environment, having held a senior management position for at least 3 years.
