- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulation and legislation relating to the cement manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings.
- Strong administration skills – organized, thorough, and able to effectively leverage technology with attending to detail.
