A well-established indigenous company is expanding its operations into the baking business and therefore requires key personnel to man its operations:

We are currently recruiting to fill the following vacant positions of:

1) Job Title: Production/ Bakery Manager

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day production, making sure that targets are met as well as playing a key role in working to achieve the highest standards in quality, food safety, and sanitation for all products produced in the bakery.

Requirements

B.SC/HND is Food Technology from a reputable institution.

Minimum of 5 years experience.

Managerial experience, ideally In the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry.

Ability to work proactively to meet the demands and pressures of a moving environment

The ability to lead, motivate and encourage team working.

Excellent people management skills.

Ages 35 years and above.

2) Job Title: Sales Representatives

Job Responsibilities

As a sales representative or ’rep’ you would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.

Requirements

B.Sc/ HND In Marketing, business Administration or related course.

Minimum of 3 years experience.

Candidates with lower qualifications but with several years experience can also apply

Meeting sales targets

Winning new business for the company

Confidence, motivation and determination

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Good communication and 'people skills'

Good organisational and time management skills

Good business sense and a professional manner

3) Account Officer

Requirements

B.Sc/ HND or equivalent professional qualification with

at least 5 years minimum experience.

Age: 30 years and above.

4) Job Title: Sales Clerk/ Receptionist

Requirements

OND in related discipline or Equivalent Professional qualification with with at least 3 year experience.

Computer literate is an added advantage
