Michael Stevens Consulting - Our client is a twenty first century group of companies with varying deeply vested interest in key economic sector in Nigeria and plays in sectors such as power & energy, engineering & construction, trade advisory & trade outsourcing, manufacturing, agriculture, import and export among others. 

Our client seeks to fill the role: Production Manager (Subsidiary) to ensure the efficient utilization of machinery, manpower and materials in line with established production goals, objectives and targets.

Location: Lagos

Requirements

Candidates must possess the following:

1.) First degree or HND in Chemical/Production Engineering.

2.) Membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers is an advantage.

3.) Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in a high production-related environment.

4.) Excellent knowledge of production budget development and management.

5.) Knowledge of plant operations and quality standards.

6.) Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

7.) Excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills.

8.) Good leadership and team building skills.

9.) Project and change management skills.

10.) Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
