following:
Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all matters regarding security of company locations and assets
Ensure effective coordination of all preserved security firms or operatives as well as guards, MOPOL and security dogs
Develop and implement written security coaching manual and structure which might also involve fire/safety drills, parade drills, access management procedures, customers communication protocols, unarmed security processes and self-defence drills.
Ensuring all SECURITY PERSONNEL square measure area unit at optimum level of security alertness and readiness.
Provide a decent structure that addresses all security risks and threats and provides adequate coaching to any or all security personnel to be ready to promptly handle even unforeseen emergencies.
Educational Qualifications/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is needed
A minimum requirement of eight years industrial security expertise or ten years military expertise
Experience will include a comprehensive background and information of managing all levels of security operatives, a hands on approach yet because the established ability / documentation of building systems and structures and with success implementing such
Competencies and Requirements:
Good information of security operations
A versatile expertise across multiple sectors / industries is needed.
Strong Leadership and Relationship Management skills
Able to manage employees, customers / end users, security operatives like MOPOL, security dogs et al as applicable.
Strong downside finding skills
Able to handle emergencies, extremely tenacious, ready to establish and “kill potential fires” before it erupts.
Ability to set up, schedule and coordinate effectively
Providing applicable manuals and method charts and human action this to employees in a way that is straightforward to grasp. Providing hands on coordination of all activities.
