To further strengthen its running capabilities, the company is searching to hire an experienced and hardworking industry professional into the following function:

Job Title: Ferry Operations Manager

Position: Lagos

Ref: MSL/113/FOM

The function

Reporting to the Executive Director, lawful & management, you will oversee the setup and commencement of the company’s new ferry operations divisions. In this capability, you will:

Oversee routing development, jetty supervision, timetables and other operational guidelines for the ferry operations

Ensure proper upkeep of the boats to ensure optimal presentation, as well as evolve security methods to assure the security of passengers and crew at all times across the full range of cruising operations

Double-check all notes are properly kept and submitted on time

Double-check the company's full compliance with all applicable Lagos State Government and Federal Government directions and guidelines at all times

The candidate must have

Degree-qualified in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

At least five years managerial experience employed in fleet operations in the transportation or maritime commerce

Must be aged between 35 - 40 years

Demonstrable track record of achievement in ferry operations and powerful man-management skills

Computer literacy and a good employed knowledge of common office productivity tools are absolutely vital
