Abuja.

Job Title: Graduate Sales Assistant

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Assists sales staff with the sales process for new and existing clients.
• Preparation and or revisions of proposals for all sales staff as needed.
• Assist in obtaining completed order documentation from clients to be forwarded to Accounting for processing.
• Follow up on outstanding business in a timely manner as requested by sales staff.
• Coordinate delivery of catalogs and sample requests with Sales Support Specialist/Inventory Manager.
• Introduce clients to new products and services wherever applicable.
• Maintain showrooms supply of sales.
• Coordinate display changes with warehouse staff.
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards.
• Cultivate strong client relationships.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Education/Experience

• University degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 1-3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Target driven
• Proactive
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Result oriented
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills
• Solid understanding of luxury store operations
• Proven ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
