Job Description

• A minimum of first degree in Marketing or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of marketing, communication and branding experience, including experience in developing and implementing communication programs and materials for various audience.
• Prior experience in financial services, telecommunication or FMCG industry in a similar role.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Impressive written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and self-directed to achieve. Good understanding of microfinance industry is an advantage.

Requirements

• Responsible For Planning, Development And Implementation Of All The Organization's Marketing Strategies, Marketing Communication And Public Relation Activities In-line With Corporate Strategies.
• To Be Involved In All Forms Of Organization Communications: Both Internal And External.
• Skills Required: Good Interpersonal Relationship Marketing And Negotiating Skills.
• Good Problem Solving Skills In Handling Issues.
• Ability To Take And Use Initiative.
• A Good Sense Of Delegation Of Duties.
• Good Use Of Time And Time Management.
