Job Description
We are currently headhunting for a Store Manager on behalf of our client, an international luxury store. The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases and suggest new products.

Other Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of company programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives.
• Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of the organization.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to store partners to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Provide coaching and direction to the store team to take action and to achieve operational goals.
• Constantly reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to the store team to achieve operational goals.
• Communicate business opportunities that include line performance, stock levels and team motivation/recognition.
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases and suggest new products.
• Consistently seek new trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.

Education/Experience

• University degree in Marketing or Business Administration with at least 3 years sales experience in a luxury store or similar environment.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion and luxury trends.
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
