Job Title: Resourcing Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing of suitable applicant for security guard position.
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicant and matching them.
• Drawing up and follow up short-lists applicants for training.
• The person must know the in and out of Lagos.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any related course.
• Minimum of 2years work experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral communication and writing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• IT skills.
• Preferably a male.
