Roles and Responsibilities
Processing of all customer/client billings in line with contracts.
Establishing and managing relationships with counterpart finance & procurement managers of our clients to guarantee smooth transactions.
All customer contracts and billing schedules are managed within SAP.
Billing to customers is sent on-time, in line with customer contracts. 100% on-time billing.
Driving the organizations annual operating planning process for all budget holders utilizing SAP.
Managing the organizational overhead cost controlling process in SAP
Ensuring proper project cost controlling practices and performance reporting from SAP.
Managing the Financial closure process (Monthly and Yearly) in SAP .
Skill Set
Must be an expert user of SAP FICO as an everyday work tool.
Financial and Management Accounting Experience
Work experience of 6 years
