The GM fabrication will have the task of ensuring the development and development of the Company in fabrication administration. He/she is to report to the procedures controller
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this office shall encompass but is not restricted to the following:
The GM Fabrication is responsible for supplying authority to the fabrication assembly
lifetime and implementation of teaching programmes for the Nigerian team constituents
double-checking that the fabrication engineering partition
Development of schemes and designs for growth and operational enhancements
double-checking the competency and administration of the fabrication department to meet the enterprise needs
Ensuring the implementation of the befitting quality administration methods, methods, work procedures etc (ISO 9001 standards)
double-checking the glossy connection between the Fabrication partition, third party sub-contractors and JV partners
Management of Fabrication division P&L
consignment of excellence in all divisional metric including HSE, value, cost and agenda presentation
Defining of the scope of work for external contracting and in house execution of all stages of the work
requirements and Experience
Minimum of twenty years experience in oil and gas multidisciplinary fabrication and building projects execution
smallest of five years experience at older level having delivered azure portion purchaser or a azure portion organisation with specific accountabilities in the Integrated Fabrication backbackyard procedures and the associated economic and financial administration of the backyard
should have know-how in worldwide based assignments with functional evidence of mentoring nationals
Must have strong clues in task Construction administration, sub-contracting, initiating, auditing and execution command, designing and coordination of fabrication yard enterprise undertakings, purchaser Interface administration, enterprise and Change administration
Must have high standards for administration of Quality promise and HSE
