Required Skills and Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma / 1st degree
- A Chartered Institute of Bankers diploma would be desirable and a tertiary qualification would be an advantage Knowledge
- Knowledge of the bank’s books of reference e.g. GRG, User Guides etc
- Identify cross–selling and migration opportunities and sell products/services re actively.
- Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities as required.
- Ensure targets are met.
- Identify sales leads and forward to CIB/PBB
- 2- Year’s banking experience; experience in Trade, Payments, Swift, Exchange Control would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing Payments and Trade
- Attention to detail and results oriented
- Work in a fast paced environment
