Job Title: Foreman (Building Construction)

 

 Location: Lagos

 

 Job Description

• The ideal candidate must possess: ◦Should possess a minimum of an SSCE qualification
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Must be able to determine the best area to place the best site worker to ensure the efficient completion of the project.
• Must be able to evaluate site workers and determine how each employee can help accomplish the job of completing a construction project.
• Must be able to read blueprints, sketches, drawings and be familiar with building codes to ensure that the project is done correctly.
• Must be skilled in Leadership and negotiation
• Must be able to liaise with clients and co-workers
• Be able to work at a high standard
• Be detail oriented and positive.

Responsibilities

• Supervising sub contractors and other labour workers
• Should be aware and conversant on safety regulations and always enforces them, to ensure the
• safety for workers and equipment
• Ordering and following up on site material deliveries
• Must be able to multi task manage high stress situations and resolving issues efficiently.
• Must also be able to manage the expenditure on the project.
• Must be able to perform all relater job task effectively and efficiently.
