- Director of Physical Planning: A good honours degree in Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying as well as a professional qualification e.g. COREN (and relevant professional qualification for others). Possession of a higher degree will be an advantage. PLUS: Fifteen years (15) post-qualification cognate experience at least five (5) of which must have been as a Deputy Director/Managerial positions inthe University setting or similar institute.
- Director of Audit: A good honours degree in Accounting as well as professionally recognized Accounting qualification e.g. ICAN,CNA, ACCA, ACA, ICMA. Possession of a higher degree will be an advantage with 15 years post qualification/Cognate experience.
- Director of Health Services: A good honours degree in Medicine as well as professionally recognized qualification, e.g. FMCPH, FWACP, FWACS and FMCOG. Possession of a higher degree will be an advantage. Plus fifteen (15)years post qualification/cognate experience.
- Deputy Director of Works: A good honours degree in Engineering as well as professionally registered qualification e.g. COREN but with twelve (12) years post qualification.
- Deputy Bursar: As it is in the case of Director of Audit with at least (12) twelve years of experience must have been in managerial positions including Chief Accountant in a University or similar institution.
- Deputy Director of Physical Planning: As it is in the case of Director of Physical Planning with at least (12) twelve years of experience.
