Due to increasing workload and expansion of our offshore activities in Nigeria, we are seeking for highly qualified, pro-active, fast learning, well organized and motivated Personnel to reinforce our team.

Job Title: Commissioning Engineer (COMENG)

Responsibilities
Perform technical tasks assigned by Project Commissioning Leader; preparation of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities.
Interface with engineering disciplines, licensors, vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare the commissioning requirements related to HSE or review the same with the HSE department as well as address safety aspects in all procedures and documents regarding commissioning.
Prepare the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans with the assistance of the Commissioning Leader.
Prepare the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over procedures with the assistance of Discipline Engineers and the Commissioning Leader.
Participate in the review of test run (performance test) procedures and the operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Leader.
Participate in HAZOP review meeting where deemed necessary.
Assist Procurement and Subcontracting Department in the definition of subcontractor’s scope of work.
Prepare the commissioning spare parts list and consumables list.
Review the 3D Model for compliance with the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up requirements and for accessibility and operability.
Prepare commissioning System Dossiers for site execution.

Required Professional Skills
Conformity checking, Mechanical and chemical cleaning. Flushing and blowing of piping and equipment, Flushing of lubrication, seal and control circuits of machinery after inspection and completion of internal assembly of equipment.
Checking calibration of installed instruments.
Test of instrumentation and electric systems.
Safety devices testing as well as mechanical and pneumatic control systems test.
Execution of test-run activities and preparation of hand marked as-built drawings, for the specific activities.
Execution of demobilization after commissioning.

Qualification and Experience
A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation or Process Engineering
A Minimum of 4 years Experience in Offshore Facilities Commissioning
Knowledge of commissioning software (ICAPS) is mandatory.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
