OPENINGS: 25 (Abuja) + 20 (Lagos) + 15 (Ibadan)
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
• Point of contact for all interactions and coordination at the shop
• Responsible for timely redressal of Complaints, Requests & Queries whether walk-in, email/letter or phone and create relevant TTs to record the transaction
• Escalate and work closely with reporting line to redress within TAT, if resolution time exceeds
• Process CAF / Request activation as and when received in line with company’s policies
• Work on CRM to effectively complete one’s duties towards the customer.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the shop.
• Maintain relationship with customers (registered or activated) around shop area.
• Ensure Renewal Collection, Sales of Prepaid & Postpaid services and related accessories.
• Responsible for daily reconciliation and timely reordering of capital stocks (devices, sim, recharge vouchers, misc).
• Daily Cash Management & Bank deposits
• Daily reconciliation between collection, CRM and Bank.
• Provide inputs to in order to improve existing processes.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES: Computer Knowledge, Internet and Tech savvy, Customer query resolving skills, Sales Acumen, Customer Focus, Excel Knowledge is a MUST, Good communication and writing skills
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES: Relevant Industry Experience, been on the front end handling customers and team.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate / Post Graduate
