SPNS Consulting is recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Head, Marketing

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Achieve set marketing and sales targets by developing marketing strategies for business development, generating new business plans for increasing customer base in new markets /Segments.
• Improve product/services marketability and profitability by crafting the brand strategy, improving the brand image of the existing products, launch and establish new brands in the markets.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing
• Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
• 1-3 years experience in QSR, Marketing
• Required Competency and Work Skills:
• Proven sales and marketing skills
• Adequately skilled in numeracy
• Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language
• Superb research skills and proven leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills to determine effective business solutions
