Property and Hospitality Sector Job Vacancies (4 Positions)

Applications are invited from suitable and experienced candidates to fill vacancies in dynamic group operating in the property and hospitality sector in the following positions:

1.) Accountant
Qualification

HND Accountancy from a reputable institution.
Aged between 30-35 years with 3 - 5 years cognate experience in a similar position.
Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal relationship ability to effectively lead a team and learn fast.
Ability to prepare financial statement from source books.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant accounting packages.

2.) Account Officer

Qualification
ATS/OND in Accountancy from an esteemed institution.
Aged between 25 - 35 years with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and Accounting packages.

3.) Events/Facilities Manager

Qualification
B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or any Social Science from a recognised institution.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Hospitality Industry as Events/Facilities Manager with people management skill and appropriate training in Customer Service.
Aged between 30 - 40 years.

4.) Administrative Officer
Qualification
OND, OTM in Secretarial Administration with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Must be computer literate with vast knowledge in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Must have excellent communication skill (verbal and written).
Aged between 28 - 32 years.
