Human Leadership Resources – Our client , a wholly owned indigenous E&P Company, operating from its own 10, 000bbls crude processing station (flow-station), is currently expanding its operations and consequently looking to recruit strategic and positive minded individuals to fill the following positions:
Job Title: ASST. Production Superintendent
Location: Delta, Lagos State
Responsibilities
Deliver timely and effective routine functions required of Production Unit/Operations Department
Continually ensure maximum and smooth production of crude
Ensure that the Company’s field production and shipment operations are conducted within the existing DPR, and other governmental regulations and standards
Competencies
Versatile experience with well control, drilling, mud logging, sidetracking and fishing procedures
Possess attention to details, problem solving and leadership skills
Qualifications
A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 7 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous Oil and gas field production with 3 years leadership experience
