Job Title: Filing Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining an ACCESSIBLE Filing system.
• Gather materials from each unit, SORT and arrange them properly.
• CODE files for proper placement.
• Purge all OUTDATED records.
• Manage all DATABASES and records and create new entries as needed
• Fax and SCAN documents, changing to PDF format.
• Must understand the Filing system ACADEMIC JUNGLE.
